Olympic Weightlifting & Powerlifting are fun, fabulous ways to strengthen and challenge the body, but they DO require specific techniques in order to perform the moves safely and efficiently.

Think about it: people make a living doing nothing but practicing a Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Snatch, or a Clean & Jerk. We should not expect to be able to waltz into a gym and know how to do them.
