Each personal training session is customized to YOUR goals and tailored according to your abilities. We will be there with you to cheer you on or be your drill sergeant when you need it. Our typical personal training sessions are 30 minutes, but we do offer other durations as requested and desired. Talk about gettin’ it in, and gettin’ it done!

Studio Yoga

Our “gentle yoga” is designed with YOU in mind (seriously). Each session is geared to maximizing flexibility, mobility, and stability, and is often tailored to the problem areas of the people we know are coming to class.

Kinesthetic Athletic Olympic Systems.

Our most popular class, our KAOS class is just that. You can expect to work hard, leave sweaty, and feel accomplished. Experience barbells in a way that is fun, safe, effective, and of course: functional.

But that’s not it! It’s AB-solutely vital you prioritize your core. And what about those looking for a little body-design (or body-building, for the meat heads in our world?). King T.U.T. C-FIT Studio is proud to partner with local Suffolk businesses to help make Suffolk and the 757 as healthy as ever while still having fun! Here are just a few of our regular, monthly activities!

Spartan/OCR Training

Get gritty with like-minded go-getters as we train for the next obstacle-course race. Specifically geared around upper body strength, lower body conditioning, and grip strength, this class will have you ready for your next Spartan Race or other obstacle-course race event in no time.

Training occurs on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month, off-site, rain or shine, hot or cold, and runs for 90-120 minutes. Check out the next one, as announced and scheduled on our Facebook page.
