Each personal training session is customized to YOUR goals and tailored according to your abilities. We will be there with you to cheer you on or be your drill sergeant when you need it. Our typical personal training sessions are 30 minutes, but we do offer other durations as requested and desired. Talk about gettin’ it in, and gettin’ it done!

Because we are a boutique studio, we do ask for prior registration. While not required, it permits us to prepare and serve you the best we can in a group setting.

Our “gentle yoga” is designed with YOU in mind (seriously). Each session is geared to maximizing flexibility, mobility, and stability, and is often tailored to the problem areas of the people we know are coming to class.

Pump Up the Volume
Sculpt your body. Increase endurance. Maximize results.
Think “body design.” Enhancing performance and getting “toned” or “jacked” (or anywhere in-between) isn’t just about how much weight you can life or how fast you can life it. It’s about time under tension. Control. It’s about the body learning how to react when you tell it to; how to stay safe and solid despite fatigue. With our Pump Up the Volume class, you can expect to enhance your results, regardless of your goals. This is an excellent class to help you fine-tune and sculpt your body while helping you blast through any plateaus.

It isn’t just about movement. It’s about control.
Sometimes the hardest thing you can do is stay still and remember to breathe. While it’s vital to work your abdominals for core strength, our Pilates class will teach you how to marry your breath with your movement, and help you isolate your diaphragm from your abdominals. Monday-Thursday, between either 6am-730am, or 4pm-530pm, reserve your spot to receive your trainer-designed, self-guided workout! 24-hours notice is required for adequate design and set-up.

Community & Off-Site Classes
C-FIT Studio is proud to partner with local Suffolk businesses to help make Suffolk and the 757 as healthy as ever while still having fun! Here are just a few of our regular, monthly activities!
Get gritty with like-minded go-getters as we train for the next obstacle-course race. Specifically geared around upper body strength, lower body conditioning, and grip strength, this class will have you ready for your next Spartan Race or other obstacle-course race event in no time.
Training occurs on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month, off-site, rain or shine, hot or cold, and runs for 90-120 minutes. Check out the next one, as announced and scheduled on our Facebook page.
