This recipe is slightly modified from a Wildtree original. Delicious.
3-5 lb. beef roast, rump or chuck
1/2 tsp. sea salt or Himalayan Pink
1/2 black pepper, cracked or ground
2 heaping TBSP Italian Seasoning Mix, or mix up your own
1 jar, 12 oz. pepperoncini peppers
Rub the entire roast with Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 jar pepperoncini liquid into slow cooker and add the roast. Add 4 or more pepperoncinis depending on how spicy you would like it. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high 4-6 hours.Fresh green beans with seasonings of your choice go with it nicely, and they are quick and easy too!
