Parsnip Fries

So easy and a yummy, this is a fun twist on the classic French fries.

And it’s easy! Just preheat oven to 425. Peel the parsnips and cut into strips. Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Bake 15-20 minutes depending how crispy you like them, stirring halfway through. Then chow down!
