This is delicious, but be forewarned! It’s super filling! Not like that’s a bad thing…
Ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten free traditional/rolled oats
1 banana
1-2 dates (more for sweetness; start with one)
1 tbsp chia seeds*
1 tbsp hemp seeds* (3 tbsp adds 10g protein)
1 tbsp flax seed*
2 tbsp nut butter* (I used cashew butter)
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Cover with unsweetened almond milk
*optional
Blend and enjoy! It isn’t very cold, so add ice to make it cold or make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge(**if you make it ahead of time, don’t use the chia seeds, because they’ll make it too think**).
