Meet Kay! You may have seen her at local Suffolk Humane Society events, at Sentara helping patient with aromatherapy via Young Living Essential Oils, or helping animals with Healing Touch. A busy lady, but a model of success, Kay is a native of rural Suffolk.
She has known Connie for several years, and came to C-FIT because “I knew first hand [Connie’s] passion for fitness and health and liked the fact that the studio was close to me and that they offered yoga.” Since she has been working out and training at C-FIT, “I am a different person (and body) since working out at C-FIT! I did the 21-Day Detox Challenge in 2016, and that was eye-opening! I also started working with Jessica DuBois as a person trainer. I have been amazed at the changes in both my outside and inside. I feel younger, healthier and have more energy. My doctor is thrilled, and I am fitting in clothing I have not worn in a while.”
Outside of the studio, “I have people tell me I am aging in reverse! I am enjoying life so much more. Health is such a key to having a full life!” (We are so happy for you Kay!) According to Kay, it’s “absolutely, the personal attention” that separates C-FIT Studio from other gyms and fitness centers.
“When they say they take your fitness personally, they mean it. And it truly is a team approach. I also like that everyone is not only friendly, but they are professional. I appreciate the encouragement, and I am amazed at what a difference it has meant to me!” For those newbies looking to get started, Kay suggests they “work with the right people to make sure your goals are realistic and to help you accomplish them. You are worth it.”
