Jenna is a born-and-raised Suffolkian. She’s fun, quirky, witty, loves animals, Harry Potter, and wine, and shopping, but this diva puts a ton of effort in her workouts, and refuses to let limitations keep her from success. She found her way to C-FIT through several acquaintances and friends. “I joined to achieve my fitness goals and feel better.”
Since joining our C-FIT Family, Jenna says, “My range of motion has improved. [I’m] feeling stronger. I have not only seen the physical benefits, but the mental benefits as well… The personalized service, friendly knowledgeable staff sets C-FIT apart. You feel like family and not just another client. C-FIT is a place I enjoy going to three mornings a week.”
One particular instance we’ve seen is the improvement on her shoulder stability. When she first began here at C-FIT, a previous shoulder injury prevented her from doing several exercises, including push-ups and planks simply due to the pressure on the joint. Now, push-ups are a part of her regular routine and are increasing in depth and strength each week, and doing planks on a stability ball actually feels good and strong to her shoulder. This is a big deal and Jessica is beyond tickled with her progress. Outside the gym, “I notice that I am less tired; my posture has improved. I no longer have shoulder pain. Feeling better all around… I am having a great experience.”
