You can tell Jasey is proud of her native New Orleans from the paraphernalia decorating her water bottle and the logos decorating the front of her shirt. A quiet one, she is a woman of few words, but has a fiery nature and work ethic to make us trainers proud.
“I prefer baggy, loose-fitting work out clothes, but I’ve noticed they’ve become bigger than big. Perhaps it has something to do with the 20 pounds I can’t seem to find.”
Jasey started coming to C-FIT Studio after settling into Suffolk due to its prime location near her home and in the heart of downtown. Beyond her missing 20 pounds, she has noticed “better sleep [and] energy,” since working out with Jacob Womack, CPT.
