Meet Debbie!
Debbie joined our C-FIT Family a little while ago, after finding her way to Suffolk with her husband when they were both in the Air Force.
After explaining to Connie her “physical limitations due to scoliosis surgery, I was looking for someone who would have the depth of understanding to help me move better and become stronger. She recommended that I get scheduled with David, and that was a year ago.”
Following the surgery, she had some neurological issues with her left leg and numbing sensations, but since training with David, “My leg has improved, I am definitely stronger, and my endurance has increased.”
Outside of the gym, “I have the energy and stamina to get through the day. I walk and move better – usually without limping and without pain.”
“I think it’s the personal commitment to the clients and really caring about delivery quality training,” that separates C-FIT from other gyms in the area.
Debbie, it’s been a joy to work with you, and we are grateful to be a part of your success, and can’t wait to see where you go from here. For the newbies just starting on their fitness journeys, what would you say?
“There are professional fitness instructors out there, so don’t be afraid to reach out.”
