C-FIT Studio Success Stories

Meet Bill

Meet Bill! He is one of our quiet grinders, a C-FIT staple whose consistency and dedication are admirable.

Originally from Portsmouth, Bill’s wife “wanted to come home [after he retired from the military], and Suffolk had a good practice opportunity, was close to home, and was a great place to raise children.”

His wife found out about C-FIT from [another client]. She started, “then she got me to try to see if it would help my back.

“I was at the point of getting back surgery and feel that C-FIT is what helped me prevent it. I am more active and feel better and have prevented having surgery. My energy has improved.

“I have two young grandsons and although I am 75, I still can keep up with them. They love coming down to my house because we have so much fun together.

“[C-FIT] is individualized and moves at a pace that’s right for each person. You aren’t competing or being compared to others.”

For those still hesitant about starting a fitness routine, Bill hits the nail on the head: “Keeping fit is the best thing that you can do as you age. Exercise is proven to keep both the body and the mind functioning better. The less you do, the less you want to do, and it is a downward spiral. Being in a routine exercise program is the best way to keep your body and mind young.”

Sometimes it isn’t about losing weight or bulking up. While those are fun things to chase, it is THIS mindset that brings success and enhanced lives. And that’s what we’re all about here at C-FIT Studio. Yes, to achieve fitness goals, but more than anything, to help you live your life to the fullest. And for most of us, just being able to keep up with our loved ones, regardless of age, is the best reward of all.

You rock, Bill. Thank you for enhancing our lives and providing such a good example to those who can and do learn from you.
