Meet Bill!
An Indiana native, Bill moved to Suffolk 20 years ago, and found his way to C-FIT Studio after discussing health with a friend and one of our long-time clients.
A low-key guy, he’s anti-technology, a quiet grinder, dedicated, and demonstrates how simple discipline and hard work can help slow down this crazy-paced life.
Since joining the C-FIT family, Bill has seen “loss of weight, healthier eating, stronger,” and has even started walk-jogging again after years of not doing so. “I watch what I eat, look at the calories on boxes, etc., and my clothes fit better.”
When starting an exercise program, Bill reminds, “You’re investing in your health. Make a goal, stick with it, and have a support system. C-FIT works in all these areas of your life: weight, diet, workout.”
It is refreshing to see someone practice the pace of life we all strive for, while still showing up, kicking butt, and achieving goals. It is an excellent reminder in this busy season that life and fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. As Bill said: “Make a plan, and stick with it.” Well said, Bill, well said.
