The gut is home to trillions of bacteria, but it is also ground zero for our immune system, our serotonin production (think happy hormone), our melatonin (think sleep), and much more.
When our lifestyle and diets disregard the health of our gut, our entire health suffers, and it usually produces itself in the form of chronic ailments, such as headaches, pains, gastrointestinal issues, anxiety, depression, insomina, and so much more.
This Gut Health workshop goes over what it’s our Standard American Diet (think S.A.D.) and how what we regularly consume negatively impacts our health in ways we don’t even realize. We might be treating an issue with a medication when all we need to do is heal our gut!
Instead of putting a bandaid on it, let’s learn about what caused the issue in the first place, and get to feeling our best.
