WHAT PEOPLE ARE ACHIEVING
Overweight, with elevated blood pressure and high cholesterol, I finally decided to really do something about it. That same day, I saw an ad in the paper for the opening of C-Fit Studio. Met with Connie and told her I needed to be in better shape but did not know where to begin. I needed someone who could adjust to my level or I would just get worn out, discouraged and quit. She said, “No problem”. I met with Jeremy who also said, “No problem”.
With a combination of determined discipline, coaching, education, and enthusiasm, Jeremy has brought me a long way. My results so far? Losing fat, blood pressure dropping, and cholesterol numbers the best in 12 years. Not to mention how much stronger I am, and no longer feel worn out at work at 2 PM.
I’m not where I want to be yet, and still have a good ways to go, but the results I’ve gotten so far make me want to see how far I can go.

Like most people, I started personal training with the intent on shedding a few pounds and looking better in my clothes. I never took into consideration the difference it would make in my overall health and how it would make me feel! I have found the real reason for staying in shape through quick 30 minute, highly result driven sessions with trainer Jeremy Oliver at C-FIT Studio!
I began the program with some apprehension because I was having some pretty intense shoulder pain and knee pain. My doctor had ordered X-rays and determined that I had early stages of osteoarthritis in the shoulders and banged up knees from numerous falls from running over the years. She gave me a prescription and mentioned that strength training would be of some benefit. For a while I just resigned myself to the fact "oh well, I'm getting older, it's just a part of life" and took my meds, stopped running, next to no exercise=result of getting older, feeling older, looking older. Then I saw the picture on the left. A week or so later my size 14 pants would hardly zip! That was it!
I met with Jeremy Oliver and discussed my situation with my knees and shoulders. The rest is history! Just know that getting older is a part of life, but feeling older is a choice! I choose to move while I can and to feel stronger and younger! The looking better is just the icing on the cake and in the beginning it was the reason I wanted to work out. I haven't taken meds since February 2013 and I can't tell you when my shoulders or knees have hurt. That is reason enough to stay on track! Thanks Jeremy!

BEST FEELING IN YEARS
We all have our bucket list, I remember reading over mine and seeing a line - work with a trainer. Something I've wanted to do for years but just couldn't justify the cost. For my anniversary, I received the gift of 3 months of training. There is no doubt it was the best gift i'd ever gotten, besides the arrival of my children.
I'm a mom, military wife and professional baker, my schedule is chaotic. Many times, its like running a circus, but I still made time to hit the gym, after all I wanted to build a better me to keep up and just feel better.
One of my biggest problems was boredom, doing the same thing over and over makes it hard to stay motivated. I've spent the last twelve weeks with Jeremy training. From the start I was enticed. I knew I was going to get what I was looking for - a hard workout and results. I can honestly say in these twelve weeks I have accomplished more with him than the ten months I had spent at my local gym on my own. My justification came without batting an eyelash, I've dropped 2 pant sizes and am happy to say I feel so much better, stronger even. My clothes fit better and my hard work has paid off and I am able to do things I haven't in years. I am continuing to run races and progress there as well because my body is becoming stronger! I find myself making better choices too, without even thinking twice , because I don't want to ruin what I've been building. I'm so glad I got to do this, I look forward to many more months of training. I would love to see the changes as I continue to transform my body with Jeremy's help. I only wish I had done this years ago!! My training has become my "me" time and it motivates me to see what is planned at each session, because it's always different and FUN!!
In the end it's money well spent, after all can we put a price tag on a better you?

ALL IN 8 WEEKS!
I have been in the US Navy for 10 years. Every year we are required to take 2 physical readiness tests (PRT) to stay in the service. All portions of the test must be passed; from running to body composition. A failure on any portion, and I fail the entire PRT. Of a sailor fails 3 tests within 3 years, they are separated form the Navy.
I had already failed twice before Jeremy Oliver became my trainer, and with only 8 weeks before my next PRT. Jeremy told me straight up that it was going to be very difficult to achieve my goal, within 8 weeks, but we would try our best to make it happen.
We did hard training and stuck to a rigorous nutrition plan With his help I lost 30lbs and 4.5" off my waist in 8 weeks!
That hard work allowed me to PASS my PRT and continue to serve my country. I couldn't have done it on my own.... Thanks Jeremy and C-FIT Studio!!
