Classes will combine music, coaching, and lighting to create a 60 minute intense cardio workout, guaranteed to increase your speed, stamina, and strength. Studio Cycle will incorporate both seated and standing positions on the bike with a variety of sprints, climbs, and jumps. You determine how hard you are working by changing your speed and resistance with each song. Our instructors design each playlist to include song after song. You will never get the same class twice.
