C-FIT Studio, founded in 2012 by Connie Womack,, is a fitness studio in Suffolk, VA.  We offer fitness assessments, fitness classes, personal training, exercise equipment, and other fitness programs.

C-FIT Studio is based on the belief that healthy people are more productive and happy. For this reason, it provides wellness strategies/programs for its members in the downtown Suffolk area. This combines promotion of health and exercise-related activities designed to facilitate positive lifestyle changes in its members.

Owner, Connie Womack

I am Connie Womack, owner and one of our certified trainers here at C-FIT Studio.

We are proud to provide the highest quality training in a cozy, judgment free, positive environment.  Our trainers are all certified and well educated in their fields.  We continue to expand our knowledge as we attend trainings, workshops and gain experience throughout each year.

Since opening in summer 2012, we have been recognized as the best personal training facility in Suffolk as well as have articles published in our local papers. We work with people male and female, teenager to seniors.  Our clients range from getting help with an injury or mobility, just getting into fitness up to professional athletes.

Our best referrals come from our clients, but we also receive referrals from message therapists, physical therapists and chiropractors.

Our studio is a clean, warm, and well equipped environment, where we can provide the best one-on-one training or personalized small group classes.  We hold a variety of 20 classes a week, which are all levels, effective and fun!  We offer day and evening classes with an average attendance of 4-6 in most cases.  The small class size allows us to more effective as coaches and insure safety and individual attention.  All our classes will provide a full body balanced workout.

We want to teach proper and safe techniques, providing the best results possible, and enjoy doing it! Seriously, we laugh a lot…together, everyday!
